What is LobbyX?
A trading game built around chart puzzles, daily and featured challenges, puzzle battles, multiplayer rooms, ranked tournaments, and shared trading lobbies.
Do I need real money?
No. Everything is simulated. No broker connection and no real-money trades.
What should I try first?
Start with Puzzles. Try the daily chart or a featured challenge, then use Solo for reps, Battle for 1 vs 1, and Multiplayer for a shared room. Once you want live competition, move into Tournaments.
Puzzles
What are puzzles?
Short chart challenges where you read a setup, make a call, then reveal what happened next. They build puzzle score, streaks, and review history.
What puzzle types are available?
Up or Down asks for the next direction. Box the Range asks where price will finish near the end of day. Breakout or Fakeout asks whether a level truly breaks or snaps back. Trend Day or Chop Day asks whether the session trends up, trends down, or rotates.
What are daily and featured challenges?
The daily challenge is a fresh set for everyone. Featured challenges are themed 5-question sets you can play and share, with progress shown on the puzzles page.
What are battles?
Head-to-head puzzle sets against another player. Both people get the same rounds, and the winner gets a battle result plus a winner bonus.
What is multiplayer?
Multiplayer creates a shared puzzle room. Everyone answers the same chart, then the reveal compares the room’s guesses and points.
What does timeframe mean?
It is the candle timeframe of the chart you are trading, like 1m, 5m, or 15m.

Tournaments
How do tournaments work?
You join a live trading event, place simulated trades, and finish based on PnL versus the rest of the field.
Arena vs blitz?
Arena is longer and more open-ended. Blitz is shorter, faster, and has a brief lobby before trading starts.
What do divisions do?
Your tournament rating decides your division and what public events you can enter.
Scoring
Are puzzle points the same as tournament rating?
No. Puzzle points and tournament rating are separate systems.
How do puzzle points work?
Correct answers add points and build your streak. Wrong answers cost points, and puzzle score never goes below 0. Some formats score differently based on the puzzle type and mode.
How does tournament rating move?
Public tournament placement moves rating directly. Positive puzzle gains also add a smaller amount to rating over time.
